Review of Fantastic Four (2015) by Bradley J — 26 May 2016
I really, really wanted this to work out. Unlike the majority, I enjoyed the first two Fantastic Fours for what they were worth but this was inexcusable. Fantastic Four is one long trailer looking for a movie, and not a particularly exciting one.
The cast is great but are given little material to work with and the action scenes are crammed into the final five minutes. The result is a dour and poorly filmed waste of time and talent. I really hope someone can crack the code for a solid Fantastic Four film, but obviously not today.
