Review of Fantastic Four (2015) by Matt H — 26 Dec 2018
They were so close to creating a completely new and original story about brilliant teenagers who become super hero's by visiting an alternate dimension. Instead, they chose to crap all over an existing franchise in the vague hope that it would generate some ticket sales. Probably because it's impossible for Hollywood to put money behind an original idea, but they'll throw millions behind the 48th remake of an existing one.
It's a real shame. They really were very close. Instead, they created a turd that I hope will be buried and forgotten as soon as possible.
