Review of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) by Antnix — 22 Nov 2018

The first half of this movie was CGI magic effects, no doubt meant to enchant but I found it an absolute slog to sit through. The script is fairly thin, particularly when you strip out the uninteresting characters, and there is a large emphasis on creating loose ends to set up sequels.

These films are to Harry Potter as the Hobbit trilogy was to Lord of the Rings.
