Review of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) by Chad M — 26 Nov 2018

This movie isn't terrible, but it isn't great either like it's predecessors. The issue with this movie is that it jumps around too much and doesn't have much of a linear story line. JK gives the fans some good stuff in the ways of expanding the universe but the writing team is having trouble keeping this on a track.

This wouldn't work well as a stand alone movie. It's focused more on setting up future storylines in the series rather than making a good single entry. Overall I liked this movie and will continue on with the series but with hopes that the writing team can correct this issue moving forward.
