Don't believe the critic reviews (most of them were written by muggles). The Crimes of Grindelwald does a wonderful job of expanding the potterverse. Characters are further fleshed out and new plot lines have emerged.
The world is just as magical as ever and will satisfy all of your Harry Potter cravings.
