Simply awful, and worst of all, boring! Yes, it looks great, with impressive special effects, but so what? The story is a mess, with plot points cribbed from Gilbert and Sullivan or certain grand operas.
I love the original Harry Potter series, ending with "...Deathly Hallows" but really, J. K. Rowling should have stopped there. A waste or time and money.
