As a huge fan of the Harry Potter franchise, I absolutely thought this installment was great! I can understand why it got negative reviews, and it could have been better, but as HP fans we know that is par for the course w these movies.
It's just too much plot to expect perfection. I really enjoyed this from start to finish. It felt a lot more like it belonged in the series than the first Fantastic Beasts in my opinion. It had a lot of heart and I especially enjoyed the beginning and end.
Lots of HP references. Didn't like every single aspect but definitely worth the ticket price for a HP fan. Non fans & young kids-- don't bother.
