Basically, a music and visual spectacle. It's fun to watch, but it doesn't have a high replay factor. Once you've seen it, you're basically satisfied and probably won't see it again (unless you're into visual effects).
It IS amazing, though for 1940... wow. By the way, I find it odd how the storyline of The Sorcerer's Apprentice is thrown in there. I wonder if anyone else found it odd.
