In my opinion, this is Disney's best work. The animation, the music, the atmosphere, the creativity and the overall feeling this film gives me is just incredible. I really enjoy all of the segments, but my personal favourites are the Toccata and Fugue, Night on Bald Mountain/Ave Maria segments, especially Ave Maria, which is quite possible the most visually striking and emotionally powerful segment ever put in an animated film.
Watching this film again just now, I can say that it's my 3rd favourite film of all time, right behind Vertigo and 2001: A Space Odyssey!
