I love Ingmar Bergman, and while I liked this film it was probably my least favorite of his--though I will admit I only saw the 3 hour version so maybe it's unfair to judge. What a great family though (aside from the step-father of course)! I loved their house at Christmas---it made me feel a bit nostalgic.
