Review of Fanboys (2009) by J K — 25 Nov 2010
Unless you're familiar with what a "fanboy" is you might be hopelessly lost. Even if you do know it's still kind of a crap movie outside of a scene where Star Wars fanboys and Trekkies get into a knockdown-drag out and another scene where Evan Supleee (playing Harry Knowles) beats the crap out of Jay Baruchel for sexting with his 10-year old sister (yuck).
Dan Fogler is in it as is Baruchel and Kristen Bell, but I know this movie had serious issues finding a distributor because the script was so weak. Ok to watch if you like Big Bang Theory on TV. if you know nothing about the culture then you'll probably think it sucks.
It does for the most part anyway.
