Review of Fanboys (2009) by Andreas O — 13 Dec 2010
As a Star Wars fan, I really loved this. A great display of the combined beauty and horror of die-hard fandom, with some awesome references and cameos for those who know to appreciate them. Of course, this is also the movie's big weakness: it is aimed specifically at the fans and most people who are not into the Star Wars saga or know the life of fandom will not appreciate it as much.
A narrow flick, in that sense, but if you're a fanboy like me, you're in for a treat.
