Review of Family Portraits: A Trilogy of America (2006) by Josh S — 05 Oct 2007
Bleak and realistic, turning a mirror on the darkest parts of suburbia. The first short is quick, brutal, and good. I found the second to be completely uninvolving. The third is much longer, better developed, and while not particulary violent at all, is certainly the most effective of the three.
Find this if you can, people.
