Seth MacFarlane "witty" note at the beginning of the episode tells viewers to lower their expectations...boy he wasn't kidding. Family Guy's take on Return of the Jedi is so desperate for laughs, and groan-inducing in its annoyingly gag-propelled narrative (many of which won't come off as funny even for the Star Wars nerds they're aimed at) that it makes their previous two Star Wars parodies seem like comedy gold (and they weren't).
Regardless of what your opinion of Return of the Jedi is, this is not an hour worth spending.
