Review of Fame (2009) by Alexandra W — 24 Nov 2008
The centerpiece (for me) of this film is the HOT LUNCH sequence. To me, it's like you die and go to heaven and it's full of artists jamming; and even Alan Parker put parenthesis around this scene starting from darkness as we follow a character into the light, into the lunch room and we jam with everything we've got and everybody's talented, everybody's cool and everybody contributes and it sounds awesome.
