Kirk Douglas is driving to his work when he gets pissed off and that. He gets out of his car and starts shooting people and stuff. After a few run ins with the police force played by Robert Duvall he decides to get bombs and make the film more explosivey.
I don't know what happened at the end cos I had to go out.
