Falling Down consists two simple story. First, is an depression employee who want to attend his daughter birthday. And second, is "last day retired" cop who get a nostalgia syndrome about his past.
But Joel Schumacher made this film like new version of "Taxi Driver". Showed an expanding of conflict inside of it with amazing performance from Michael Douglas. Falling Down is a film about reality, violence, and social distortion.
Best Joel Schumacher movie ever!!
