Cool action flick with Douglas at his best as a man over the edge. You really get behind him as he goes around beating up punks, going nuts in a fast food joint, on a golf course, on roadworks and in an army surplus store.
Its also amusing here and there but ultimately you really feel the stress and sweaty heat building up on Douglas in LA downtown.
