Review of Falling Down (1993) by Nicholas C — 09 Oct 2010
An amazingly dark film about how the mediocrity of life can make us all into disturbing people. Michael Douglas does a first-rate job of the depressed psycho, in what I would argue is his best role. The movie does have its ups and downs, but on the whole, I'd recommend it to anyone battling against the day-to-day dreariness, as this film shows it can get a lot worse.
