Review of Falling Down (1993) by Phillip A — 16 Dec 2010
A film about one man's madness as he loses control on life. Michael Douglas' performance is brilliant, but the support is not with irritating performances from everyone except from Robert Duvall.
The script isn't an absolute disaster, but it gets very ridiculous at times with stupid dialogue from stupid characters from one of my most hated directors, Joel Schumacher. Despite everything, Falling Down forms into an incredible thriller that takes you to so many more places that advertised.
I love it, and I'm not sure I know why.
