I have travelled in India, the logistics of making a documentary in India frankly appear very difficult. The other thing that appears daunting is to attend the kumbha Mela. Pan Nailin as done both. This film is far better than its own potted description suggests. It subtley gets to the heart of what personal interactions and relationships mean to us and why.
One of the best documentaries ever.
