Conceived as anti-Bush propaganda, but full of distortions, misconceptions and half-truths, this blend of bad taste and cheesy journalism was just the fuel Bush needed against his detractors. Moore probably thought his film would stop the man from being reelected, but it turns out things didn't quite go as he planned.

I try not to blame Moore for the four extra years of Bush administration the world had to put up with, but I just can't help it. Please forgive my unforgiving heart, Mr. Moore.
