Review of Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004) by Jeffrey C — 10 May 2012
Say what you will about Michael Moore, but this was an excellent documentary film. While I won't say that the Bush administration caused the 9/11 terrorist attacks, you would be a fool to deny that the Bush administration did not take advantage of the situation after the 9/11 attacks with the PATRIOT Act and the war in Iraq.
This might have been a polemical diatribe from a known blowhard but it was worth seeing. If anyone other than Moore makes this film, this would be considered perhaps the greatest documentary of all time.
However, given that most people either hate Moore or do not take him seriously, this film was either panned by the neo-conservatives or lauded by liberals. Still, a great documentary worth seeing.
