Review of Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004) by Gregg L — 17 Aug 2012
7/3/04 - Fahrenheit 9/11 is the first Michael Moore film I've seen. It was interesting, thought-provoking and much funnier than I was expecting. It was definitely biased and overtly sensationalistic, but Moore did raise some good points.
It was also interesting to see some of the personal stories make the issues less impersonal. After the film ended, there was the biggest round of applause I've ever seen at a movie before. It will be interesting to see if a movie can influence the elections at all.
I also find it kind of ironic that many people will accept all the points Moore brings up without thinking or questioning them just like he accuses people of doing with the Bush administration.
