Review of Factotum (2005) by Jezzy A — 21 Jan 2007
There is a great deal of excellent dialogue and clever writing in Factotum and I was very fond of Matt Dillon's performance. Unfortunately the film falters in the arena of flow and it is difficult to determine whether or not it really has any kind of definitive point.
The ending left me feeling rather empty and disapointed because during the course of the film I felt as though it was building up to some kind of worthwhile conclusion.
