Review of Factory Girl (2006) by Heidi K — 14 Feb 2008
What comes to Factory Girls storyline it is nothing special, but to me it is the psychedelic, pop-art -like visualization, that makes Factory Girl fascinating. Of course I've been interested with The Factory, Edie Sedgwick and the New York circles for a long time, so I'm supposed to like this movie. On the other hand, that is also the reason for me to be slightly disappointed.
Sienna Millers resemblance to Sedgwich was astonishing, but unfortunately her performance wasn't otherwice that convincing. What surprised me the most, was probably Hayden Christensen as Bob Dylan: I actually liked him.
