It was ok. I did a little research on wikipedia and to say the story was fictionalized is an understatement.
Thought guy pearce was quite good as warhol. the "bob dylan" character started well but really flopped by the end.
If you are interested in the warhol period at all, see it.
Otherwise skip it.
