I still remember seeing this as a teenager on a old battered VHS, The film holds the viewer entraped in a mix of shock and interest, Great for '78. today the best part of this is Dr Death, unfortunatly the later sequels use fictional material instead of real and now adays most shock footage has been on sky in some form or another.
