Fake!! Fake!!! So over hyped!! the majority of this film is recreations and the parts that aren't you have seen a 100 times elsewhere. For slightly better try Faces of gore series, although it suffers from bad narration and is only after affect no actual killing.
For a better Mondo film try Africa Addios.
