A nefarious terrorist who has never been captured, has a felony list a mile long and is a total lunatic switches identities with his nemesis. His nemesis is a rugged, FBI agent who lost his son in a botched assassination attempt at the hands of Castor.
Sean has to hide in the guise of Castor to ascertain the whereabouts of a bomb that is going to wipe out a portion of Los Angeles. Castor awakens from his coma, then steals Sean's identity to the dismay of Sean.
