Review of F for Fake (1973) by Kevin R — 13 Jun 2007
A rule-breaking mindbender of a documentary/essay, experimental film, and maybe Orson's finest moment. A plumbing of the depths of fakery, chicanery, and outright bald-faced lying, that evolves every time you see it (and it needs to be seen more than once, believe me).
The line between truth and fiction jumps around like a greased-up jello mould. Excellent training for sane thinking.
