Review of F for Fake (1973) by Chris S — 06 Dec 2008
This is a fast-paced yet confusing and draggy film about fakes, particularly an art forger who forges the works of real and well-known artists. And in this last film of his, Orson Welles admits to being a fake back then during his younger years.
The editing done here makes the film very confusing. I honestly think that this film is quite self-indulgent and pretentious.
