Review of F for Fake (1973) by Zach F — 01 Mar 2010
Welles' free-form essay on fakery, art and authorship is fascinating, funny and beautiful. It's also complex and somewhat maddening. Not for those used to being spoon-fed stories and those who think they don't like documentaries should give it shot.
One of the most interesting films of its kind.
