Review of F for Fake (1973) by Slappy M — 22 Mar 2011
Strangely the best and most philosophically informative aspect of this documentary is the parts they made up which illustrates the nature of faking things as an art form in and of itself. Not bad, though I would say it shows its age.
Welles is engaging to listen to as he has a very wise demeanor and an authoritative voice. Mental exercise, imagine "Star Wars" if Welles had been the voice of Darth Vader.
