Review of Eyes Without a Face (1960) by Nick T — 24 Feb 2011
No amazing character development takes place, and the plot is nothing of literary merit, but what I enjoyed about the film was the beautiful cinematography. Nothing overly complex and no outstanding special effects by today's standards, but several images of the girl without a face I found beautiful.
That actually may be why I like this film for the most part. Simple and artistic, which pretty much always attracts me.
