Review of Eyes Without a Face (1960) by Terry F — 24 Feb 2011
Franju's classic tale of plastic surgery gone wrong. Stylish, atmospheric, visceral and tragic by turns, the film is strengthened by Edith Scob's role of the disfigured daughter whose father's obsession to give her a new face leads to murder and tragedy.
