This is how horror movies should be. Sure the effects are dated, but the creepy atmosphere and imagery are so effective you find yourself seeing those images in your head long after watching the movie.
The girl wearing the mask and playing with the dogs is about as powerful an image as any horror movie ever made. Great stuff.
