Review of Eyes Wide Shut (1999) by Kyle S — 12 Dec 2010
The film is infamous for being shockingly sexual, but it's actually a tale of the importance of fidelity, morality and responsibility. The cold intelligence and distanced performances found within Kubrick's work doesn't appeal to everyone, but it's worthy of appreciation and definitely warrants at least one viewing.
