Solid vengeance film with wrongfully imprisoned Busey returning home to be hassled by drug-running bikers and a corrupt sheriff. Inclusion of the title song--the second time used in a hit feature film--and a rousing Bingo-hall call to action speech ensures a feelgood experience.
Busey and Kotto raise this one a notch above.
