This movie was terrible. It reminded me a lot of that movie Open Water, where some scuba divers are left in the middle of the ocean and they just float there for 2 hours until the credits role. This is the same idea.
There are a bunch of very bad terrorists in a building and they are doing to drone strike, bur for 2 hours they are fighting whether to actually do it because there a little girl that may be killed by collateral damage.
