There is significant evil hiding. Sometimes is needed to make some people suffer because of the act taking down that evil, those are named collateral damage. But this people, yes they are people, and they are full of life, they have family, names and are not related with the evil.
The way that this thriller show how the bureaucracy named them as a cypher, touch every living heart in the room.
