Not sure how this got 93 % - if you want to see indecision and red tape bureaucracy at its finest watch this movie. That is all you see for about 1hr and 20 min. Attempts to place one life ahead of a hundred simply because you put a face to it.

This is war people- don't try an demagog those who do the job and don't make our military out to be a bunch of weeping little girls. I don't know which was softer zoo topic or this movie.
