A pretty good military thriller! Helen Mirren is fantastic. There are some interesting issues raised here, but I don't think they're handled well. This movie makes it seem like one potential bystander casualty would prevent military powers from an act of aggression.
That's a gross oversimplification, so the movie left me a little disappointed.
