Review of Extreme Prejudice (1987) by Senor C — 07 Mar 2007
Personally I find (if you're an action fan) you can't really go wrong w/ a Walter Hill film. Although not up to the standards of classics like The Warriors, 48hrs & The Long Rider it is an extremely watchable & enjoyable tongue in cheek 'modern' western due to its cast (Nolte has never looked better & Powers Boothe chews ups the screen like he's taring through a pack of bubble gum) & a fair amount of violence (great squib action on display).
.my personal problem was the casting of Lamar Latrell from Revenge of the Nerds (who doesn't work @ all for me in this) but big thumbs up for giving Tommy 'Tiny' Lister some work.
