Review of Extreme Movie (2008) by Joshua T — 17 Mar 2009
The story of Nuno Bettencourt, Gary Cherone, Pat Badger and not forgetting Paul Geary and how they rose to fame as the multi million selling band Extreme. Featuring all their hits including Get The Funk Out and that other one about love that everyone seems to harp on about.
The best bit is obviously the footage from when they played at the Apollo in Manchester on the Waiting for the Punchline where i'm stood outside and someone shouted Pat at Pat Badger and he looked over n stuff.
Then there's the bit where they played at the Monsters of Rock festival and got pelted, yes pelted with bottles of piss. On the whole this film is obviously great although its a shame the part of Paul Geary was played by some other guy with curly hair.
Recommended.
