Review of Extreme Measures (1996) by Michael D — 08 Sep 2007
Excellent Movie, not well reviewed because people don't want to realize the sad truth about life. Hugh Grant plays the role of his career and Hackman is his usual self. A movie about spinal cords and the severity and the truth about being handicapped and how one doctor will break any rule to change that.
A classic scene between Hackman and Grant, where Hackman makes Grant paralyzed and asks him what he would do to get better and what would he risk? and he responds anything. leaves us with a real question and a problem that has not been answered because of morons like bush who think people should stay in wheelchairs.
what a movie, highly recommened but depressing and real.
