Review of Extraordinary Measures (2010) by Jean V — 20 May 2010
Didn't really like it as much as I thought I would. Brendan Fraser plays a father desperately looking for a miracle to save his two kids who have a rare muscular dystrophy-type disease. Harrison Ford is unconvincing as an eccentric scientist.
There were some tear-jerking moments and a little bit of interesting science but overall, it just seemed to fall apart. But hey, at least it made me google Pompe disease.
