Review of Extraordinary Measures (2010) by Sv G — 10 Jun 2010
This is very loosely based on a true story of a married couple with 3 children and 2 of them have Pompei disease of which there is no cure. Both children are nearing their life expectancy age of nine and their father played by Brendon Fraser searches out a doctor (played by Harrison Ford) who has been working on the cure.
Together they work to raise the money and the manpowwr to bring it to fruition. The performances were good but the story itself became a little dull itself, but overall a fair film worth seeing, especially if a fan of Ford's.
