Review of Extraordinary Measures (2010) by Matthew C — 28 Jun 2010
A classic tale of beating the odds. The father breaks away and employs begrudging scientist to help cure his kids, and voila you have a story rife with emotion. It's light, it's dark, it's pretty simple.
Harrison Ford does well and with Brendan Fraser they compliment each other very well. Still, it's a classic story, and one you don't quite get caught up in. Ehh, great for lifetime, and airplanes.
Not great for theaters. Girls might find this interesting but that's all. Nothing to rave about.
