Review of Extraordinary Measures (2010) by Aaron S — 01 Aug 2010
Brendan Frasier is a terrible actor. Let's be honest. But let's also not pretend to hate sappy movies with good writing and honest performances. This movie was good enough for me not to notice Brendan Frasier's poor acting skills, and instead made me appreciate what a father in his situation would actually go through. As for the tone, it didn't feel made-for-tv or lifetime/oxygen/WE to me at all.
Also, after that horrendous fourth Indiana Jones, what a relief it was to see Harrison Ford in his grumpiest role yet.
